So What Exactly Is a Q & A Happy Hour?
To be clear, this is not a therapy session with cocktails and snacks. Rather it is a social event designed to give people a chance to tap into the wisdom of local experts and get to know real psychotherapists outside of their offices. It’s a chance to see that mental health professionals are not intimidating and that it actually feels good to talk about what’s real in our lives.
Hosted by Esther Boykin, LMFT, Therapy Is Not a Dirty Word Q & A Happy Hour is also a chance to meet other smart people who care about living better lives with real advice from real pros. We start the evening with some introductions and flow into a panel discussion, followed by mixing and mingling with other guests and therapists.
